reg 1Citation and commencement

This Order is the Interpretation (Delegations by Minister for Home Affairs) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 1 March 2024.

reg 2Definition

In this Order, “MHA Permanent Secretary” means any Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

reg 3Delegations to persons other than political office holders

The Minister for Home Affairs delegates the functions under the provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the Schedule.
