Regulation 3
Delegations to persons other than political office holders
The Minister for Home Affairs delegates the functions under the provisions of the Acts specified in the first column of the Schedule to the persons specified in the third column of the Schedule, subject to the conditions (if any) specified in the fourth column of the Schedule.
