Regulation 3B

For the purposes of section 88A(3) of the Act, the Majlis may require such employee of any applicant or holder of a halal certificate as the Majlis may specify to undergo either or both of the following, which may be conducted by or under the supervision of the Majlis:

The appropriate fee for the training course or assessment specified in the Schedule is payable to the Majlis by the applicant or holder of the halal certificate.
