Appointment of mutawalli for Majlis wakaf
Subregulation 1
The Majlis must issue a letter of appointment to a person who is appointed by the Majlis as a mutawalli for a Majlis wakaf.
Subregulation 2
The letter of appointment must state —
(a)
the period of appointment of the person as a mutawalli; and
(b)
the date on which the appointment takes effect.
