Terms and conditions of appointment of mutawalli

Subregulation 1

The Majlis may impose on the appointed mutawalli any terms and conditions concerning the mutawalli’s appointment as the Majlis considers appropriate.

The Majlis may vary or revoke any term or condition imposed under paragraph (1).
