Surrender of cancelled or suspended certificate of registration

Where the registration of an RAIP is cancelled or suspended under regulation 9, that RAIP or former RAIP must surrender the certificate of registration to the NCASA within 14 days after the cancellation or suspension takes effect.
Subregulation 2
A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 months or to both.
