Regulation 21
Revocation and saving
Subregulation 1
The Air Navigation (Regulated Air Cargo Agents) Order (O 8) is revoked (called in this regulation the revoked Order).
Subregulation 2
Any certificate issued, and any direction or notice given, by the Commissioner of Police under the revoked Order and that is in force immediately before 15 May 2017 continues as if issued or given by the NCASA under the corresponding provision in these Regulations.
Subregulation 3
Any application for registration or a renewal of registration as a RACA made to the Commissioner of Police under the revoked Order and which is pending immediately before 15 May 2017 is deemed to be an application under regulation 4 or 7, as the case may be.
