14. Purpose of this Part
Feedback & supportThis Part prescribes for the purposes of section 16(2) of the Act —
(a)
the privileges and duties of a holder of a foreign operator’s permit; and
(b)
the requirements for continuing to hold the foreign operator’s permit.
