Regulation 151

An AOC holder must ensure that each crew member training segment that is provided in accordance with the training programme required by regulation 143 includes theoretical and practical training in crew resource management skills appropriate to the crew member role or class of crew members participating in the training segment.

For flight crew members, this training and evaluation must be conducted in an approved flight simulation training device that is representative of the aeroplane type to be flown, where available.
