Regulation 153
Dangerous goods training
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must establish and maintain introduction and recurrent dangerous goods training that is approved by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
Subregulation 2
The dangerous goods training mentioned in paragraph (1) is for every person who may be assigned duty as a crew member, or a member of the AOC holder’s operations personnel, for a flight of a large aeroplane in accordance with the relevant Annexes to the Chicago Convention and the ICAO TI.
