Regulation 98
Landing in instrument meteorological conditions
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must ensure that every large aeroplane that may be required to land in instrument meteorological conditions is provided with appropriate navigation equipment.
Subregulation 2
The navigation equipment provided in accordance with paragraph (1) must be capable of receiving signals to provide guidance to a point from which a visual landing can be made at any aerodrome used and for any designated alternate aerodrome.
