Regulation 99
Category II and III precision approach equipment
An AOC holder must not conduct a Category II or III precision approach with a large aeroplane unless —
(a)
the aeroplane is equipped with the capability to conduct such operations; and (b)the AOC holder has an approval granted by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation under the Air Navigation (98 — Special Operations) Regulations 2018 for that purpose.
