Continuing airworthiness information

For every aeroplane with an MCTOM exceeding 5,700 kg or helicopter with an MCTOM exceeding 3,175 kg, the AOC holder must —

(a)

obtain and assess continuing airworthiness information from the organisation responsible for the type design of the aeroplane or helicopter; (aa)obtain and assess continuing airworthiness information from the individual or organisation responsible for the design of the modification or repair of the aeroplane or helicopter; and

(b)

implement such measures or actions arising from the information as considered necessary.
