Regulation 51
In-flight simulation of emergency situations
For any flight of a relevant aircraft involving the carriage of cargo, mail or at least one passenger, the AOC holder must ensure that —
(a)
no emergency or abnormal situations are simulated; and
(b)
no simulated instrument flight is conducted.
