Control of infectious diseases
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must establish procedures, and provide the necessary equipment, for the handling of an outbreak of any infectious disease, as informed by the World Health Organization, at any destination which the AOC holder operates to.
Subregulation 2
An AOC holder must ensure that every person assigned to be a member of its operations personnel for any flight of a relevant aircraft is familiar with the procedures and equipment mentioned in paragraph (1).
