Regulation 60

An AOC holder must ensure that no flight of a relevant aircraft is carried out in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules unless current meteorological reports or a combination of current reports and forecasts indicate that the meteorological conditions along the route or that part of the route to be flown in accordance with the Visual Flight Rules will be such as to enable compliance with the Visual Flight Rules at the appropriate time.
