Spare fuses
Subregulation 1
An AOC holder must ensure that every relevant aircraft carries on board a quantity of spare fuses mentioned in paragraph (2) for every fuse of an electrical circuit that is accessible for replacement while the aircraft is in flight.
Subregulation 2
The quantity of spare fuses required under paragraph (1) is the higher of —
(a)
10% of the total number of fuses in each rating of fuses that are accessible for replacement while the aircraft is in flight; or
(b)
3 fuses of such description.
