The following offences may be compounded by any public officer authorised in that behalf by the Minister in accordance with section 82(5)(a) of the Act:
(a)
an offence under paragraph 6(5), 7(6), 8(4), 13, 17(5)(a), 18(5)(b) or 20(2) of the Air Navigation (Aviation Security) Order (O 5);
(b)
an offence under paragraph 10(3), 13(2), 14(2), 16(3) or 18 of the Air Navigation (Regulated Air Cargo Agents) Order (O 8) as in force immediately before 15 May 2017;
(c)
an offence under regulation 11(2), 11A(2), 16(2), 19(4) or 19C(2) of the Air Navigation (Regulated Air Cargo Agents and Known Consignors) Regulations 2017 (G.N. No. S 166/2017); (d)[Deleted by S 623/2024 wef 01/08/2024](e)an offence under section 68(1) or (2), read with section 68(4), of the Act;
(f)
an offence under section 67(3) of the Act;
(g)
an offence under regulation 14(2) of the Air Navigation (Licensing of Air Services) Regulations (Rg 2).

The following offences may be compounded by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation or any officer of the Authority authorised in that behalf by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation in accordance with section 82(5)(b) of the Act:
(a)
any offence under —
(i)
paragraph 50C(1) or (2), 50D(1) or (2) or 50DB(1) or (3), read with paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order (O 2) as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
(ii)
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 1 of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
(iii)
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 2 of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
(iv)
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 3 of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
(v)
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 4(1) of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(4), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
(vi)
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 4(2) of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
(vii)

The Air Navigation (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 1) are revoked.
