Composition by Director‑General of Civil Aviation, etc.
The following offences may be compounded by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation or any officer of the Authority authorised in that behalf by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation in accordance with section 82(5)(b) of the Act:
any offence under —
paragraph 50C(1) or (2), 50D(1) or (2) or 50DB(1) or (3), read with paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order (O 2) as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 1 of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 2 of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 3 of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 4(1) of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(4), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 4(2) of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 7(1) or (2) of Part II of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(5), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(2), read with paragraph 1 of Part III of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(6), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 2(1) or (1A) of Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(5), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(1), read with paragraph 2(2) of Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(4), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E(2), read with paragraph 2(1) or (1A) of Part IV of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(5), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50E, read with paragraph 1(1) or (2) or 2(1) or (2) of Part V of the Nineteenth Schedule and paragraph 80(4), of the Air Navigation Order as in force immediately before 1 January 2023;
paragraph 50G(1) or (2) or 50H(3) as in force immediately before 1 January 2023, or 64H, read with paragraph 80(4), of the Air Navigation Order; (xiv)[Deleted by S 623/2024 wef 01/08/2024](xv)regulation 4(2), 5(2), 6(2), 14(2), 18(2), 19(5), 24(3), 29(3), 32(3), 33(4), 34(2), 39(3), 40(2), 42(3), 47(2) or 48(1) or (5) of the Air Navigation (101 — Unmanned Aircraft Operations) Regulations 2019 (G.N. No. S 833/2019); (xvi)regulation 10(1), 20(2), 25(2) or 35(3) of the Air Navigation (101 — Unmanned Aircraft Operations) Regulations 2019, read with section 14(3) of the Act;
regulation 5(1) of the Air Navigation (92 — Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2022 (G.N. No. S 998/2022), read with section 14(3) of the Act; or
regulation 10(7), 11(2), 12(3) or (4), 14(3), 16(3), 17(5) or (6), 18(4) or (5), 19(3) or (4), 22(2), 23(2), 24(7), (8) or (9) or 25(4) or (5) of the Air Navigation (92 — Carriage of Dangerous Goods) Regulations 2022;
an offence under section 35(1) of the Act.
