9. Application for regulation 10 approval
Feedback & supportAn application for a regulation 10 approval must be made to the Director‑General of Civil Aviation in accordance with this regulation.
An application for a regulation 10 approval must —
be made at least 14 days before the relevant date of shipment of the specified dangerous goods to which the approval relates;
be made in the form and manner required by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation; and
be accompanied by any information and documents that the Director‑General of Civil Aviation may require to decide on the application.
The Director‑General of Civil Aviation may refuse to consider an application for a regulation 10 approval that is —
incomplete; or
not made in accordance with paragraph (2).
Subregulation 1
An application for a regulation 10 approval must be made to the Director‑General of Civil Aviation in accordance with this regulation.
Subregulation 2
An application for a regulation 10 approval must —
be made at least 14 days before the relevant date of shipment of the specified dangerous goods to which the approval relates;
be made in the form and manner required by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation; and
be accompanied by any information and documents that the Director‑General of Civil Aviation may require to decide on the application.
Subregulation 3
The Director‑General of Civil Aviation may refuse to consider an application for a regulation 10 approval that is —
incomplete; or
not made in accordance with paragraph (2).
