Regulation 8A

Subregulation 1
A registered society must not change its registered address without the prior permission in writing of the Registrar or an Assistant Registrar.
Subregulation 2
An application for permission to change the registered address of a registered society under paragraph (1) must —
(a)
be made in writing to the Registrar or an Assistant Registrar; and
(b)
be signed by the president and secretary of the registered society or by its officers holding analogous positions.

If a registered society fails to comply with paragraph (1), the society and every officer of the society shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
