Extradition (Application for Warrant) Rules 2022 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation EA-S552-2022 1968, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1968.
Citation and commencement
These Rules are the Extradition (Application for Warrant) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 July 2022.
Application for warrant
An application to a Magistrate mentioned in section 12(1)(a)(ii) of the Act for the issue of a warrant for the apprehension of a fugitive who is, or is suspected of being, in or on his or her way to Singapore must be made in accordance with the Form set out in the Schedule.
Revocation
The Extradition (Application for Warrant) Rules (R 1) are revoked.
