Regulation 2

An application to a Magistrate mentioned in section 12(1)(a)(ii) of the Act for the issue of a warrant for the apprehension of a fugitive who is, or is suspected of being, in or on his or her way to Singapore must be made in accordance with the Form set out in the Schedule.
