Eligibility for withdrawals

Subject to these Regulations, no sum of money standing to the credit of a Category A member may be withdrawn from the SAVER-Premium Fund unless the member —
(a)
retires or is required to retire from the Singapore Armed Forces on any of the grounds specified in regulation 12;
(b)
resigns from the Singapore Armed Forces; or
(c)
dies in regular service.

Such moneys shall not be paid except in accordance with regulation 17 or 46, whichever is applicable.
