Regulation 4
Responsibility of persons authorised
Any member of the Singapore Armed Forces authorised in accordance with regulation 2 shall —
(a)
at all times keep the drug in the locked receptacle provided for the purpose wherever this is possible;
(b)
keep a record of the supply or administration of the drug in his charge in Form B in the Schedule; and
(c)
return the drug supplied to him in accordance with any authorisation issued under these Regulations to the store from where it was obtained when the drug is no longer required or at the expiry of the authorisation, as the case may be.
