Regulation 6

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.

Any penalty imposed in accordance with this regulation shall not be prejudicial to any action taken by the Singapore Armed Forces.
