Regulation 55

Except in the case of individual minor purchases not exceeding $500 each or such amounts as authorised by the Town Council, all goods or services required shall be ordered through official order forms, and bills or vouchers passed for payment must be supported by a copy of the relevant order.

Urgent orders placed verbally shall be confirmed on the official order form immediately after the verbal instructions have been given.
