Registration

The following details of tenders and quotations shall be recorded in a register before they are deposited into the tender or quotation box:

(a)

name of tenderer or supplier quoting;

(b)

address;

(c)

job or supplies tendered or quoted for; and

(d)

when received and when placed into the box.
