Regulation 80
Tenders received after the appointed closing time and date shall be dealt with in the following manner:
(a)
if received through the post — after details regarding sender, job or supplies tendered for and time received have been noted both on the tender and in the tenders register, the late tender shall be returned by registered post;
(b)
if received by hand — after details regarding sender, job or supplies tendered for and time received have been noted both on the tender and in the tenders register, the late tender shall be handed back to the messenger, who shall sign the register in acknowledgment.
