Regulation 5

The award of the Medal shall be made by —

(a)

the Commissioner of Police, where the eligible person is a member of the Singapore Police Force, the Special Constabulary or the Vigilante Corps;

(b)

the Director of the Central Narcotics Bureau, where the eligible person is a member of the Central Narcotics Bureau;

(c)

the Director of Prisons, where the eligible person is a member of the Singapore Prisons Department.
