Regulation 7

Subregulation 1

A person to whom the Medal is awarded shall forfeit the Medal —

(a)

if he is dismissed or dishonourably discharged from service in the Singapore Police Service; or

(b)

if the awarding authority under rule 5 so directs.

Any Medal forfeited may be restored by the awarding authority at his discretion.

A notice of the forfeiture or restoration of any Medal shall be published in the Gazette.
