Administration

of Merchant Shipping (Wing-in-Ground Craft) Regulations 2010

For the purposes of these Regulations —

(a)

any reference in the WIG Craft Guidelines to the Administration shall be read as a reference to the Director;

(b)

any reference in the WIG Craft Guidelines to an officer of the Administration shall be read as a reference to a surveyor of ships; and

(c)

any reference in the WIG Craft Guidelines to a surveyor, a nominated surveyor, an organisation, a recognised organisation or an organisation authorised or duly authorised by the Administration shall be read as a reference to an authorised organisation.
