Regulation 26

Relevant period for anti-dumping duty investigation

Subregulation 1

For the purposes of determining normal value and export price under sections 15 and 16 of the Act respectively, the Minister must normally examine sales during the one-year period preceding the initiation of an investigation.

Subregulation 2

The Minister may examine sales during any additional or alternative period that the Minister thinks appropriate if such sales permit a proper comparison.
