Regulation 36

A review to be conducted by the Minister under section 12 or 26 of the Act must normally, except as provided in regulations 37 and 38, be undertaken not earlier than one year after the date of publication of the determination or decision of which the review is sought.

A review conducted by the Minister must normally be completed within 180 days from the date of publication of the notice of initiation of the review but in no case must it extend beyond one year from that date.
