Plans or drawings to contain particulars
Subregulation 1
Any plan or drawing submitted under rule 3 shall contain an exact calculation of the plot ratio, floor plan and density of the development.
Subregulation 2
The competent authority may require an applicant —
(a)
to give such further information as may be necessary to enable the competent authority to decide on the application; and
(b)
to produce such evidence as may reasonably be produced in support of any information given in the application.
Subregulation 3
Any person who submits an application which contains any statement or particular which is false shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
