Applications for Minister’s determination

Where any application for provisional permission, planning permission, conservation permission or subdivision permission is required to be referred to the Minister under section 21(1) of the Act, the competent authority shall forward the application together with a report to the Minister for determination.
Subregulation 2
The decision of the Minister shall be conveyed to the applicant in writing by the competent authority.
