17. Notice of inquiry

Where a Disciplinary Committee has been appointed under section 47 of the Act, the Registrar shall send a notice in Form B, as set out at the Council’s website, to the registered person and to the executive secretary of the Council.
The notice referred to in paragraph (1) shall —
specify, in the form of a charge or charges, the matters which the Disciplinary Committee will inquire into;
state the date, time and place at which the inquiry will be held; and
be accompanied by a copy of the report of any expert witness whom the Council’s solicitor intends to call at the inquiry.
Subregulation 1
