Findings of Disciplinary Committee
of Dental Registration Regulations
Subregulation 1
After the closing address by the Council’s solicitor, the Disciplinary Committee shall inform the parties of its findings in relation to the facts of the case either immediately or on a subsequent date of which reasonable notice shall be given to the parties.
Subregulation 2
If the Disciplinary Committee is satisfied that the charge or any of the charges made against the registered person have been proved, the Disciplinary Committee shall invite the registered person or his counsel to address the Disciplinary Committee by way of mitigation and, after hearing such address, if any, proceed to exercise its powers under section 50 of the Act.
