Regulation 11

For the purposes of these Regulations, the trade effluent discharged into any watercourse or land shall be analysed in accordance with the latest edition of “Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater” published jointly by the American Public Health Association, the American Water Works Association and the Water Pollution Control Federation of the United States, as amended from time to time, or in accordance with such other method of analysis as the Director-General thinks fit.
