2. Definitions
Feedback & supportIn this Order —“dispatch instruction” means a dispatch instruction issued under section 9.1.3 of Chapter 5 of the market rules that —
relates to a specified open cycle gas turbine; and
requires the specified open cycle gas turbine to be operated at a loading level that is equal to or exceeds the loading level specified in the dispatch instruction;“Energy Market Authority of Singapore” means the Energy Market Authority of Singapore established under the Energy Market Authority of Singapore Act 2001;“market rules” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Electricity Act 2001;“specified open cycle gas turbine” means any of the following open cycle gas turbines located at 31 Senoko Road, Singapore 758103:
the open cycle gas turbine with the identification number SNKGT11;
the open cycle gas turbine with the identification number SNKGT12;
the open cycle gas turbine with the identification number SNKGT21;
the open cycle gas turbine with the identification number SNKGT22.
