2. Definitions

In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —“licence” means a licence granted by the Authority permitting a person to perform such telecommunication cable detection work as is specified in the licence;“licensee” means the holder of a valid licence;“register” means the register of licensees maintained under regulation 6.
