3. Exemption from obligation to destroy or re‑export relevant consignment

Section 10(2)(b) of the Act does not apply to Leong Hup Distribution Pte. Ltd. in respect of the relevant consignment for the period starting on 30 April 2026 and ending on 4 November 2026.
