Disputes
Subregulation 1
Where any employer, employee or self‑employed person wishes to refer any question or dispute arising from a decision made or taken to be made by the Director or the Board with respect to his or her claim to the Minister for decision, the employer, employee or self‑employed person, as the case may be, must submit a notice of dispute to the Minister within one month after the date the question or dispute arises.
Subregulation 2
The notice of dispute —
must be in writing;
must state —
the amount of reimbursement or income claimed by the employer, employee or self‑employed person; and
the grounds of the dispute together with the decision made or taken to be made by the Director or the Board, where applicable; and
must be accompanied by all other information and documents relied on by the employer, employee or self‑employed person to support the claim.
