Regulation 10

Responsibility of holder of licence in supervisory capacity

The holder of an electrical worker licence shall —

(a)

be entitled to supervise any person carrying out any work which the electrical worker is himself authorised to carry out under his licence; and

(b)

ensure that any person carrying out work under his supervision does not do or omit to do any thing which is in contravention of these Regulations.
