Hearing of appeals, etc.
Subregulation 1
The Minister may, as the Minister considers appropriate, determine and decide an appeal based on written or documentary evidence provided or produced to the Minister without holding any hearing of the appeal.
Subregulation 2
In any hearing of an appeal before the Minister, a party may be represented by any person allowed by the Minister to appear on behalf of that party, including any legal representative of the party.
