Regulation 2
Definitions
In this Order —“Project” means the project known as the “Pulau Ubin Micro‑Grid Test‑Bed”;“Project Agreement” means the Project Agreement dated 7 March 2022 entered into between the Authority and Sunseap Energy Ventures Pte Ltd;“relevant period” means the period starting on 1 July 2022 and ending on the earlier of the following:
(a)
30 June 2034;
(b)
the date of termination of the Project Agreement.

Regulation 3
Exemption from section 6(1)(a), (b), (d) and (f) of Act
Section 6(1)(a), (b), (d) and (f) of the Act does not apply to Sunseap Energy Ventures Pte Ltd for the relevant period in respect of its activities carried out at Pulau Ubin in connection with the Project.

Revocation
The Electricity (Pulau Ubin Micro‑Grid Test‑Bed — Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2021 (G.N. No. S 1008/2021) is revoked.
