Exemption from section 6(1)(a), (b), (d) and (f) of Act
Section 6(1)(a), (b), (d) and (f) of the Act does not apply to Sunseap Energy Ventures Pte Ltd for the relevant period in respect of its activities carried out at Pulau Ubin in connection with the Project.
