16. Application of this Division

This Division applies, for the purposes of section 42(1) of the Act, to every approved person in relation to every water fitting, apparatus, pump, water service installation, hot water apparatus, water heater or any other thing mentioned in this Division used by the approved person to supply piped water suitable for drinking.
