41. Board may waive requirements

The Board or an authorised officer may, in any particular case, waive any requirement specified in —
(a)
these Regulations; or
(b)
any material (as defined in section 72A(1) of the Act) applied, adopted or incorporated by reference in these Regulations,to the extent that the Board or the authorised officer (as the case may be) thinks fit in all the circumstances of the case.
