3. Registration as account holder
Feedback & supportAny person who desires to make use of the electronic online system to submit any information required under regulations 8(1), 11(1), 12(3) and 13(2) must, in accordance with the procedures specified by the Authority, apply to the Authority to be registered as an account holder. (2) The Authority may register a person as an account holder on such terms and with such restrictions pertaining to the use of the electronic online system as the Authority thinks fit.
Subregulation 1
Any person who desires to make use of the electronic online system to submit any information required under regulations 8(1), 11(1), 12(3) and 13(2) must, in accordance with the procedures specified by the Authority, apply to the Authority to be registered as an account holder.
Subregulation 2
The Authority may register a person as an account holder on such terms and with such restrictions pertaining to the use of the electronic online system as the Authority thinks fit.
